DKM Geocell Ultrasonic Welding Machine have 22units and 15units two models, both can produce kinds of different types Geocells,such as the height from 50mm to 200mm , welding distance from 300mm to 800mm, the welding seam peel strength from 100N/cm to 200N/cm,also can weld different materials geocell sheets, such as HDPE, LDPE,PP,etc. The production maximum capacity can reach 10000.0sqm/day (50mm height, 800mm welding distance).
Main facilities of welding machine:
Main Electrical control accessories are using Well-known Brand Product such as SIEMENS, Schneider, AIRTAC ,etc or other high quality brand products to make sure machine’s stable operation and minimal malfunction.
1.Consider of ultrasonic welding machine, one welding post power is (15KHz-2600W)
2.Ultrasonic Welding horn materials is imported (7075-T651)aluminum alloy.
3.Main frame materials: H steel materials.
4.Welding machine main electric control system touch screen brand is SIEMENS.
5.Air Cylinder: AIRTAC, Taiwan Brand.
6.Solenoid valve:AIRTAC ,Taiwan Brand.
7.Main Electric control accessories : Schneider/SIEMENS, etc.
8.Aluminum Welding Horn width:220mm
9.The Height of welding geocell sheet can be adjustable from 50mm to 200mm(Equip220mm welding horns) ,we can also equip 300mm welding horns if requirement.
10.The welding distance adjustable from 300mm-800mm,the bottom mould can be move horizontally.
