Geogrid
DKM Geogrid is made from high molecular polymer(PP,HDPE or PET) by a special processing technology (Extruding, Stretching, warp knitting or Welding according to different geogrid types) which provides superior stiffness, aperture stability and interlock capabilities for structural reinforcement of granular road subgrade, parking lots, railway, landfills and airport runways, highly increasing bearing capacity and load support capacity, resulting in improved structural performance and projects service life.
Mainly Types are PP Biaxial Geogrid, Unixial Geogrid, Polyester Geogrid,Fiberglass Geogrid, HDPE Sheathed Geogrid and Welded Geogrid.
•High tensile strength.
•Distribution of loads and therefore reduction in stress concentration over the soil.
•The geogrid apertures interlock with aggregate for superior confinement and stabilization of the reinforced layer, increasing its shear resistance.
•Increase the strength and load bearing capacity of the subgrade
